Hotel Policies

Reservations
  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
  • A deposit of 30% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
  • The reservation must be paid, within 2 working days. You have to send the receipt of the deposit immediately in order for your reservation to be confirmed.
  • In case of impossible communication by phone or e-mail due to incorrect information, we do not charge your card and we do not take into account your reservation.
Check In
  • 14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your room is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
Check Out
  • Until 12:00
Children
  • Crib/cots and high chairs for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
Payments
  • Payment of the remaining balance, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
  • We accept cash, bank deposits, and Credit card.
Cancellations
  • In case of impossible communication by phone or e-mail due to incorrect information, we do not charge your card and we do not take into account your reservation.
  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to reception@aeolis-thassos.gr
  • Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
  • Cancellation requests received 14 days or less or a no-show from your scheduled arrival date will 25% charge of the total cost of reservation minus any banking/money transfer costs.
  • 50%  of the total amount may be charged any time after booking.
  • 50%  of the total amount will be charged at least 21 days prior to arrival.
  • 'Non-shows' your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded
Early Departures
  • If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cleaning
  • Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
  • Daily cleaning is provided for all rooms/studios.
  • Linens and towels are changed every second day, unless you request otherwise.
General Policies
  • We do accept small pets
  • Smoking is striclty prohibited in all inside areas of rooms and apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
